Monthly protocol
We provide our customers with a monthly protocol of our statistics. Through this protocol we can give a regular feedback to the customer and they can overview the main statements made by the collected data on one paper. It shows the different statistic types, the specifications that were made at the beginning of the work and if they were adhered to. The protocol also shows if any unscheduled changes had happen to influence the statistics and which solutions are planned to adhere the specifications in the future.
